Application: Soil Pre-Treatment

Application: Seed Treatment
Use your standard seed soaking procedure! Add 2+ drops of each CustomBio blend (Bacillus and Trichoderma). Soak for your standard time!
If you do not use the soaking method, you can add 2 drops to a small amount of water. Put the seeds in a towel or rag, spray or pour the solution onto the seeds. Mix them evenly and allow the seeds to dry. Plant as usual.
For traditional or large scale seed treatment, use 10% of the application rate of the product for seed treatment and 90% in the field.
If you are mixing seed treatments with fungicides, use only the bacillus bacteria blend. The CustomBio bacillus bacteria blend is compatible with chemical seed treatments with fungicides.
Application: Transplant
For Giant Pumpkins and competitive plants (Each plant):
Add approximately 10ml+ of each CustomBio blend (Bacillus and Trichoderma) into a quart sprayer (fine mist is optimal).
Prepare the hole to transplant and use 1/3 of the solution as a spray in the transplant location.
Remover the plant from the container and spray 1/3 of the solution onto the root ball.
Finalize the transplant and use the final 1/3 of the solution to spray on the plant and new soil around the plant, extending about 1 foot radius around the plant.
For traditional or large scale plant transplant, the application rate of the product is one bottle of each CustomBio blend (Bacillus and Trichoderma) to treat 2.5 acres of plants. (each plant species and variety has a different amount of plants per acre, but the acre of soil remains the same)
Application: Soil Treatment
There are a lot of product benefits to applying to the complete area of the garden! The bacillus bacteria and trichoderma fungi are very effective at degrading dead plant material and making those nutrients available to the new plant.
About a week before planting apply the product.
Water is used for distribution, so calculate how much water you need to spray the area. You can use a hand sprayer, backpack sprayer or tractor!
Add the recommended dosage of each CustomBio blend (Bacillus and Trichoderma) to treat your area. Together, the two bottles treat 2.5 acres.
Use the fine mist setting and spray the area.
Plant seeds after about a week.
Application: Root Drench
Giant Pumpkin growers have traditionally applied one bottle each CustomBio blend (Bacillus and Trichoderma) as a root drench.
Blend one bottle of each CustomBio blend (Bacillus and Trichoderma) in a large application sprayer.
Spray the entire plant with focus on the new plant growth / root growth areas.
Some growers apply bacteria one application then fungi the next application. Some blend and apply both together each time.
Some growers apply weekly, bi-weekly and some monthly.

Giant Pumkin Growers use a much stronger dose and apply more often than farmers, or gardeners. Unlike chemical products, you cannot over apply CustomBio products. A stronger dosage yields higher microbial populations faster.
